We grind. We don't acid-etch.
Diamond grinding opens the concrete's pores so the coating can mechanically bond to the slab. Acid etching is faster and cheaper and it's why so many coatings peel up in sheets two winters later. We grind every floor, every time.
We moisture-test before we quote.
Vapor coming up through a slab will delaminate any coating on earth. We test first, and if a floor needs a moisture-mitigating primer, you find out in the estimate — not after the failure.
Honest, itemized pricing.
Prep is quoted separately from coating, because a chewed-up 40-year-old slab and a clean new pour are not the same job. You'll see exactly what you're paying for, in writing, before anything starts.
