Commercial & Industrial Floor Coatings in Central Indiana

Showrooms, shops, wash bays, warehouses, and medical. Quoted around your shutdown window, not ours.

A commercial floor system is a high-build resinous coating — flake, quartz, or solid color — specified to the traffic, chemicals, and cleaning your space actually sees, then installed around your operating hours instead of ours.

The Problem

It isn't a flooring decision, it's a downtime decision.

A commercial floor coating isn't really a flooring decision, it's a downtime decision. The material matters, but what actually costs you is the days you can't run. A contractor who quotes a great price and then needs your floor for a week has quoted you a much larger number than the one on the page.

The other failure is specifying the wrong system. A showroom floor and a wash bay floor look similar in a brochure and have almost nothing in common in service. Put a decorative system in a bay that sees hot water, degreaser, and steel wheels and you'll be recoating it inside two years.

Our Solution

Your schedule first, the coating second.

We quote commercial work around your schedule first and the coating second. Nights, weekends, and phased sections so you keep operating — half the floor at a time, bay by bay, or a full shutdown if that's genuinely cheaper for you. We put the schedule in writing with the price.

System selection follows the actual service conditions: what rolls across it, what gets spilled on it, whether it's wet, whether it's cleaned with chemicals, whether forklifts turn on it. Then we spec to that rather than to what looks good in a photograph.

Every floor gets the same mechanical prep as a residential job. Diamond grinding, moisture testing, and slab repair before anything goes down. Commercial floors fail for the same reason residential floors fail, and it's almost always prep.

Options

Systems and Scope.

Commercial floor systems — showrooms, retail, offices, salons, breweries, veterinary, and medical. Decorative flake, quartz, or solid color.

Industrial and warehouse — shops, wash bays, mechanical rooms, and production floors. Built for forklifts, impact, and chemical exposure.

Quartz broadcast — maximum durability for wet and high-impact environments. The standard where slip resistance is a code question rather than a preference.

Coating over existing tile — bonds over tile that can't be removed. Schools, medical, and older retail where demolition isn't practical or the tile can't be disturbed.

Add-ons — anti-slip aggregate, integral coved base, line striping, safety zones, logo and wayfinding inlays.

Straight Answers

Questions About Commercial Work.

How much production do we lose?

That's the first thing we solve, not the last. Phased work, nights, and weekends are all normal here. Tell us the window you can give us and we'll build the schedule around it.

How fast can you turn a floor around?

Depends on the system and the temperature. Fast-cure systems can put a bay back in service overnight; a full quartz build needs longer. We give you real return-to-service times up front, not optimistic ones.

Can you work around equipment?

Usually. Fixed equipment gets masked and detailed around. Anything that can move should move — a coating that stops at a machine leg is a coating with a seam in the wrong place.

Do you provide documentation?

Yes. Written specification, product data sheets, mil thickness, cure schedule, and a documented walk-through. Certificates of insurance are provided with the bid.

What about our floor drains and trenches?

Detailed as part of the system. Drains, trenches, and coved base are where commercial floors leak and fail, so they get treated as their own scope rather than an afterthought.

Do you do multi-building or multi-site work?

Yes, phased and scheduled. Tell us the sequence you need and we'll quote it that way.
